Notice of Annual General Meeting For the Federal Liberal Electoral District of Blackstrap
Notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting of the Blackstrap Federal Liberal Association
Date of Meeting: Wednesday, June 8, 2011
Registration: 7pm with meeting to follow
Location: Queen Elizabeth School – Library (1905 Eastlake Ave, Saskatoon)
Information:
1. A person is eligible to vote at the meeting if he or she was a member in good standing of the constituency association (7) days prior to the date of the meeting. This date is Wednesday, June 1, 2011.
2. To be eligible to vote at the meeting, a person also must:
a) Be 14 years of age or over;
b) Be ordinarily resident in the constituency and Canada;
c) Not be a member of any other federal political party within Canada; and
d) Not be a member of another federal constituency association.
3. Nomination and election of Officers and members to the Board of Directors will take place at the meeting.
